Andrew Linn is a second-generation Broker at ERA Davis &
Linn, a role he was raised to fulfill. His father, Jim Linn, founded the
company with Carol Davis in 1976. Now, Jim and Andrew own three brokerages in
Florida and Georgia:
ERA Davis & Linn, ERA Kings Bay, and most recently, ERA Palm Coast.
Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics
from Wofford College, where he was a student-athlete, before embarking on the
world of project management and real estate. He began his career as a project
manager for a large developer in Jacksonville, later earning his real estate
license and following in his father’s footsteps. For nearly two decades, Andrew
has worked alongside his father and their team of real estate professionals,
building a network of trusted real estate firms serving 11 counties in two
states. He now holds a Florida Brokerage License and a Florida (CAM) Community
Association Manager License.
Andrew credits their success to strong family bonds and a
team mentality. He continually engages with his management team with an eye on
the future and a goal of improving daily. Inclusion and collaboration are keys
to success, and Andrew draws from the many talents and perspectives on the
Senior Management Team.
Their success has been recognized as Triple Platinum from
Anywhere Leads Group (formerly Realogy Leads Group), the 2021 Gene Francis
Award and a Realogy Leads Group Top 25 Award Winner.
Andrew’s role spans beyond owner-broker. His number one role
is husband and father. He enjoys adventures with Jennifer, Lilly and Annie,
traveling, enjoying life and the simple things, like helping the girls with
their homework or enjoying a family dinner.
Andrew makes time to serve his community. He currently
serves on NEFAR Realtor Builder Committee and is a member of the Young Leaders
Network of ERA.
